Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Token Tactics ("Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the platform available at tokentactics.xyz, operated by Lumorix Limited (trading as Token Tactics), a company registered in the Republic of Seychelles, company number 245200 ("Company", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. About the Platform

Token Tactics is an educational and rewards platform designed to help users learn about decentralized finance (DeFi) through interactive scenarios. Users complete educational scenarios, earn points, and may be eligible for rewards based on their achievements.

The Platform is not a financial service, exchange, wallet provider, or investment advisor. Completing scenarios that involve blockchain transactions (swaps, sends, staking) requires you to use your own crypto wallet and your own funds. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your cryptocurrency.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old to use the Platform.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse the points system is prohibited.

4. Account Registration

You may create an account using:

• Email and password — requires email verification
• Google sign-in — when available, uses your Google account for authentication

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@tokentactics.xyz if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Points and Rewards

5.1 Points

• Points are earned by completing scenarios, daily challenges, and through referrals.
• Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value outside the Platform.
• Point multipliers (early bird, series, perfectionist) are calculated automatically based on your activity.
• We reserve the right to adjust point values, multipliers, and scoring formulas.

5.2 Rewards

• Rewards (hardware wallets, USDC, and other prizes) are distributed based on leaderboard position at the end of a season.
• Reward eligibility, quantities, and distribution timelines are at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the rewards program at any time.
• Rewards may be subject to applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for any tax obligations.

5.3 Referral Program

• You may invite others using your unique referral link.
• Referral points are awarded when your referred user reaches the qualifying threshold.
• Abuse of the referral system (self-referrals, fake accounts, bots) will result in forfeiture of referral points and may lead to account suspension.

6. Blockchain Scenarios

Certain scenarios require you to perform real blockchain transactions:

• You use your own crypto wallet and your own cryptocurrency.
• The Platform verifies transactions on-chain but does not initiate, control, or custody any transactions.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect transactions, network fees, price fluctuations, or smart contract risks.
• Minimum transaction amounts may apply for verification (e.g., $5 minimum for certain operations due to DEX limits).

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts or use bots/scripts to earn points
• Manipulate the leaderboard, referral system, or verification processes
• Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended behaviors
• Use the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities
• Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience

Violation of these rules may result in: point forfeiture, account suspension, permanent ban, and/or disqualification from rewards.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion.
• You may delete your account at any time via Profile → "Delete Account".
• Account deletion has a 30-day grace period. After this period, your personal data is permanently anonymized per our Privacy Policy.
• Logging in during the grace period cancels the deletion request.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (scenarios, text, images, code, design) is owned by Lumorix Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your scenario answers, feedback, and user-generated content remain yours, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use them for operating and improving the Platform.

10. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not responsible for third-party services (wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges) that you use in connection with scenarios.
• Past scenario content or reward structures do not guarantee future availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumorix Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Seychelles.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at legal@tokentactics.xyz.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.
